FORMATION OF STANFORD STUDENT ENTERPRISES

  - **__Approval by the Senate of the Association__**: This Charter is effective as of the date specified in the resolution approving this Charter (“To Secure the Long-term Viability of the Association”) of the Senate of The Associated Students of Stanford University (the “Association”).
  - **__Formation of Stanford Student Enterprises__**: Stanford Student Enterprises (the “Company”) is hereby established.
