The following are selected "letters of acceptance" and other materials that pertain to the amendment of the ASSU Constitution. These are included as references for the Constitution per the requirements and spirit of Article VII. Typically, the text of "letters of acceptance" from the President (and/or Board of Trustees) are binding upon the ASSU due to the [[constitution:preamble|Signing Statement that precedes the Constitution]].

Some of the provisions of these letters have been superseded by the text of later amendments and/or their letters of acceptance. In addition, references to specific sections in the Constitution may not be accurate due to periodic renumbering of sections after their amendment.

The "Section" numbers on many of these items are relics from the 2007 Constitution and no longer have any significance.
